I spent 16 years at Federal Signal Corporation, progressing from Product Marketing Manager to VP & General Manager of a $42M+ business. I’ve led sales, marketing, operations, engineering, product development—and grown international revenue, integrated acquisitions, launched new product lines, and navigated multiple restructurings.

For the past decade as Managing Partner of Industrial Solutions, I’ve served as fractional COO, integrator, and advisor to companies across manufacturing, healthcare, security, construction, distribution, and non-profit sectors.

Now completing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, my research focuses on how leadership behavior influences employee response to change and drives organizational performance.

The combination matters: I understand what it’s like to be accountable for P&L, to make hard decisions with incomplete information, to lead through uncertainty. And I’ve studied systematically what separates leaders who successfully navigate change from those who don’t.
